1. General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User" or "Member") who uses the 65bd platform and its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Some key definitions used in this document are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to 65bd's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" refers to any registered user who holds an active account.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual fund balance linked to each account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional balance granted under promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before specific wagering conditions are met.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use services on the 65bd platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Valid identification may be requested at any time for age verification. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household member is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Members are obligated to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing login information with any third party is strictly prohibited. Members are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their own account.

• After logging in from a public or shared device, make sure to end your session.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 65bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions must be made only from your own account — deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer details.
• There may be restrictions on playing certain games with bonus funds.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all related accounts will be closed.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 65bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

Active members can participate in three VIP tiers: Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver tier offers 0.7%, and Gold tier offers up to 1.0% cashback. Regular and active players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers over time. VIP members also enjoy special offers and priority support.

6. Betting Rules

The 65bd platform ensures fair play across both casino games and sports betting. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, 65bd reserves the right to decide whether to replay the game or refund the bet amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantage.
• Using a third party's account or allowing others to use your own account.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Harassing or intimidating other members or staff.
• Playing using bots, automation tools, or any other such technology.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 65bd

65bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Detection of a security or fraud-related risk.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member may voluntarily close their account at any time. To do so, they must contact the support team via live chat or email. Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming
